How it works
- YoWash gets your laundry professionally cleaned.
- We only use environmentally friendly products.
- All your clothes are separated by color, washed and sanitized in Ozone.
- Our soap powder is non-toxic and hypoallergenic leaving them smelling fresh with no added scent.
- Your clothes are beautifully folded into your YoWash bag. (Hanging no extra charge)
Order
Placing an order with YoWash is easy. Simply download the app or order online. Then create an account, choose pickup day, select preferences, and add any special instructions.
Pickup
For your first pickup leave your laundry in a garbage bag. Let us know your preferred drop off / pickup point. For your first order we will weigh all your laundry and you will only be charged against the correct YoWash size bag.
Clean
Items will be professionally cleaned and washed according to your instructions. All items are sanitized in Ozone and your clothes will be fresh, neatly folded or hung.
Delivered
Your YoWash bag and hung clothes will be delivered in ~48 hours. You will be notified by text before arrival. No need to be home on delivery.

Pricing
- For your first order we will weigh all your laundry and you will only be charged against the correct YoWash size bag.
- Our Wash & Fold service is priced by the bag so you know exactly up front what it will cost you.
- 1 Full YoWash bag holds 4 standard loads of laundry.
- 1 Partial YoWash bag holds 2-3 standard loads of laundry.
- Fill your bags with home laundry including clothes, towels, bedding.
- All bags are sanitized before your clean, folded clothes are stacked neatly back in your YoWash bag.
- Leave your comforters out in any trash bag. We will return them cleaned, folded, and in their own comforter bag.

FAQ
You can place an order by ordering online at yowash.com or by downloading our YoWash app.
When you register in our YO App you will be required to add your card payment details. This information is then encrypted in the cloud. You will be billed once your laundry has been cleaned.
Yes, our minimum order is $45.00 or 1x YoWash Partial Bag (which is equivalent to 2-3 x loads of laundry).
Yes, our delivery fee is $6.95 per order.
It is not necessary, leave your laundry out and we will take care of it. You can let us know where that will be by leaving us a note when you place your order.
You can cancel your order in the App or on the website providing it has been cancelled by 10:00pm the day before your scheduled pick-up day.
Simply leave your first order in a black garbage bag. Your clean laundry will be returned back to you in a YoWash bag.
If you use more than 1 x YoWash bag and still have more dirty laundry, leave the balance of your laundry in garbage bags. We will return your clean laundry in YoWash bags.
If you require more YoWash bags, please ask your driver or contact us.
Check the schedule what days we come to your area.
We do not currently do same day service. We will return your clean laundry 48 hours after pickup i.e. pickup Tuesday delivered Thursday.
No. We only use our own hypoallergenic laundry powder which is kind on people and also wonderful for the environment.
Business and commercial customers should email us so we can assess your individual requirements.
We do all household laundry including clothes, bedding, and towels. We don’t provide any dry-cleaning service at this time.

Unfortunately, our schedules change daily so our delivery or pickup will occur between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm.
You will be notified by SMS when your driver is on their way and after he has delivered your clean laundry.
