Wash & Fold Service
With our Wash & Fold service you will be able to save precious time by letting us do your washing for you. The whole process is simple and easy to use, all you have to do is drop off your laundry, and let us take care of it for you.

What to expect from our service:
- Friendly attendants

- Clothes will be neatly folded and bagged ready for collection
- Pants as well as collared shirts can be hung on hangers upon request
- Clothes available for collection the next day after 5pm (or same day using our express service)
- Special instructions and preferences accepted
Our washing process:
The process starts off with a customer coming to our Customer Service Center and asking one of our YoWash Team members for the Wash and Fold Service. If you are a first-time customer you will be able to get a 10% discount on your first service by mentioning the Coupon Code “WECARE”.
Upon requesting our Wash and Fold service, our Team member will get quick to action by getting your contact details, weighing your laundry, and providing you with a pickup docket. You can either pay on drop-off or on collection through our various payment methods.
After that, your items will then be received in our processing area, and you will be able to leave everything up to us from there on. While you are away, the clothes will be hand sorted, checked, and separated ready for washing. Your laundry will then be washed, sanitized and dried. Any of your listed instructions will also be adhered to. The items will then be carefully folded (or hung) and packaged awaiting your pickup.
You will be able to know exactly when it’s time to pickup because of our handy SMS and or email system which will advise you on completion.
(Keep in mind that our Wash & Fold service is only open from 7AM to 10PM)
Our environmentally friendly features:
One of our primary steps that we’ve taken to go green is implementing Ozone in some of our stores. The Ozone technology that we use eliminates bacteria and viruses, and ultimately reduces chemical waste.
As well as Ozone, other initiatives YoWash has taken for its Wash and Fold is to use environmentally friendly products such as detergents / soap powders and dryer balls. YoWash’s ultra modern high efficient washers cut down on electricity and water making a greener impact.
